We work very hard to provide a fresh product created from house-made sauces, high-quality cheeses, and freshly sliced veggies. However, we understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, mistakes can happen. If you don't like your Sauced entrée, we want to make it right and are happy to make you another one!
If you should be unhappy with your pizza, pasta, or salad, we are happy to make you another one of equal or lesser value for free! To receive your new entrée:
1. Give us a call or send us a message.
2. Have your receipt available to reference the order information.
3. We will make you a dish of equal or lesser value for free, subject to the terms and conditions below.
Terms & Conditions:
You must call or message the restaurant where your order was made
We will not do a monetary or credit card refund, rather a replacement dish will be provided
The replacement item only applies to the Sauced entrée that is unsatisfactory, not the entire order
The replacement request must be made within 30 minutes of the time your dish was picked up
The dish must only have one slice uneaten, and we reserve the right to collect the original order when we provide the new dish
If these terms are met, we are happy to replace your unsatisfactory entrée free of charge. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to our Sauced crew!
